Our Story

getting to know us…

Godfrey Nursery was established in 1981 by Marlene Godfrey with just a 50 foot greenhouse. Little did she know, more than 30 years later, the nursery would have grown to the size it is today. Now in its second generation, the nursery has been operated by son-in-law Darren and daughter Jennifer since 1997. We continue to expand our selection and are dedicated to growing and providing quality plants, products, and service for our customers.

With over 35 climate controlled greenhouses, we grow the highest quality plants to provide for our customers. We also have an acre of outdoor space with exceptional perennials, shrubs, and trees to choose from. Along with the huge selection of live plants, Godfrey Nursery carries an extensive inventory of yard and garden products including soils, fertilizers, plant stands, garden art, fountains, and great gift items. Everything you need to make your garden beautiful!

From I-5, take exit 253 and head East on Hwy 22. Take exit 7 and turn left. Drive one mile and turn right onto Shaw Square Rd. Godfrey Nursery is 1/2 mile on your right.
